A. Systems and Standards for Memberships
- Eligibility and Access: Based on the specific Member Program a user is enrolled in, they will be eligible for privileged access to services and products. Network Members not enrolled in that specific Member Program will experience limitations in both the quantity and quality of access to these services and products on iax’s platform. Upon enrolling in a specific Member Program, these limitations are lifted.
- Enrollment: Enrollment in Member Programs is free. By enrolling, a user becomes eligible to participate in ongoing and in-depth projects with iax and gains privileged access to iax services and products. However, it is important to note that enrollment in Member Programs is subject to approval by iax, which reserves the right to accept or deny enrollment without providing justification.
- Ethical and Professional Standards: Interaction between Network Members is governed and sometimes constrained by ethical and professional standards. Network Members are responsible for assessing and accepting the terms of iax projects before initiating any related activity. Additionally, Network Members who are employees of companies are prohibited from engaging in projects directly concerning their own company or known competitors.
B. Description of Products and Services
iax’s site offers a variety of resources and information to help users find and manage expertise (“Products and Services”). It is important to note that the Site does not provide medical, investment, or legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is established between users of the Products and Services and iax or its licensors.
C. Network Member Content Disclaimer
Some content on this site, including texts, software, scripts, graphics, videos, etc. (“Site Content”), is created by Network Members and provided to iax under license for internet distribution (“Network Member Content”). This content includes iax News Analyses, IAX Education Seminars’ materials, and Network Member biographical and employment information. iax cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of Network Member Content, which is offered “as is”. iax does not develop, endorse, or take responsibility for Network Member Content. The use of company or entity names in Network Member information does not imply endorsement by these entities of iax. Network Members, who are not iax employees or under its direct supervision, have agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions and have declared that they will not disclose information under confidentiality obligations or participate in violation of agreements with employers or third parties. While iax relies on these representations, it does not independently verify them.
D. Confidentiality Agreement
Network Members are bound by a Non-Disclosure provision in the Terms and Conditions. They agree not to disclose or use for personal benefit any confidential information obtained through iax’s platform. This obligation remains until such information becomes public through no fault of the Network Member. Confidential Information includes details about iax projects, client business activities, other confidential information of iax or its clients, and any intellectual property.
In case a Network Member is legally compelled to disclose confidential information, they must promptly notify iax and cooperate in protecting the information as per applicable law.
E. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site Content, including trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Marks”), are owned by or licensed to iax, protected under Swiss laws (Biel-Bienne, Canton Bern) and international conventions. Site Content cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from the respective owners.
F. Reporting Concerns About Site Content
If you find content on the site that you believe is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, misleading, under a confidentiality obligation, or constitutes material non-public information, you are encouraged to promptly notify iax (call4U@iax.digital).
G. Terms and Conditions Updates
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of March 1, 2024. Changes will be posted on our website, with significant amendments communicated to users in advance.
